8. If a student misses a class, they must give notice before the class begins to be eligible for a make up lesson.
9. Make up lessons may only be made if properly excused before the lesson begins.
10. There is a one-time, non-recurring $15 ENROLLMENT FEE upon registration and for students taking more than a one-calendar-month hiatus from lessons.
11. Check in advance if doing any make up lesson, or any other lesson you are not enrolled in.
12. Tuition payment is valid for 30 days past the dates of the lessons paid for. There are no extensions.
13. Prorating and/or adjustment of any tuition from the regular amounts may only be done with prior notice and agreement from Mr. Hirschl, otherwise the full stated amounts must be paid.
14. Accumulation of make-up lessons (towards future tuition) is not allowed.
15. The lessons you are enrolled in may not be used as makeup lessons.
16. There are no refunds on any tuition, performance fees or registration fees.
17. All private lessons must be paid in advance.
18. A 24-hour cancellation notice must be given on any private, semi-private, or closed group lessons, otherwise the full amount will be charged. If you have any special circumstances, all arrangements must be made with Mr. Hirschl directly.
